Once you get to year 4, having a bit of practice drawing lamps could come in useful……it’s also another good opportunity to practise those ellipse shapes again.
Hopefully you’ve got it by now – find a lamp or light in your house and get drawing/painting etc…
It’s always good to practice your careful observational drawing – it will help you understand how things look and practising everyday will really improve your drawing skills. If you are struggling a bit with a realistic drawing, then take a break and try a more free or abstract approach – this will improve your creativity and imagination.
