Hopefully you’re getting the hang of theme a day now – its all about using the everyday objects around you to really look carefully and practise your observation drawing. So go see what bags you can find.
Pay attention to the overall shape of the bag first, sketch out the rough whole shape before you add details.
Really look – if your bag is empty then it is likely to have folds and wrinkles in the fabric, look at how the bag sits. When you come to add details – notice how these details may follow the shape of the bag.
As always a variety of different bags and angles will improve your skills.
